→Beau Legeer is a geospatial technology executive with more than three decades of experience spanning satellite imagery, remote sensing analytics, and global business development. His career has taken him from pioneering IDL programming at Research Systems Inc. — the company that created the language — through senior roles at Exelis VIS, Harris Geospatial, DigitalGlobe/MAXAR, and most recently as Director of Imagery & Remote Sensing at Esri, where he grew the business unit significantly.
He holds an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance and an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute. A sought-after speaker at venues including Esri UC, FedGIS, and the Energy Drone & Robotics Summit, Beau brings both technical depth and business acumen to every stage.
Away from the satellite feed, Beau is a debut novelist writing under the name Beau Legeer. His first novel, The Levels Between Us, is available now on Amazon. He lives in Louisville, Colorado with his wife Sandy.
